Every year, Care2Share of the Carolinas partners with Care2Share members in Ohio to organize a medical mission trip to Vietnam and sometimes to Cambodia.  Our primary mission are to inspect and collect inputs from the ongoing projects and search for new projects and our secondary mission is to provide medical and dental services at any possible locations. Prior to our medical mission trips, many residents in the remote areas have rarely seen a doctor. People of some of the remote locations of Thanh Hoa city have never met any volunteer organization that offers both medical and dental services before!  Care2share was the first charity group that brought such services to them. Local residents of all ages came in large groups and patiently await for their turns. We worked non- stop until 9 PM in order to serve well over 500 people. Overall, people were very thankful & emotionally touched to receive such personal & loving care of our doctors, dentists, pharmacists and volunteers. We were exhausted but very happy to partake in such a memorable and insightful human interaction experience.
